Moiré

These prints are created using two laser cut woodblock which have been layered and rotated on top of each other . Each block has a separate split fountain colour gradient rolled onto it, which when combined create multiple colour combinations on the paper. By rotating the woodblocks at different angles I am able to create many unique effects and moiré patterns. The prints are on a white Somerset 250g paper.
